All monies from team accounts will be deposited into the Cowichan Valley Lacrosse Association (CVLA) general account at the Island Savings Credit Union (Evans St. Branch). The general account # is - 1304559. This is done in order to keep a check and balance for our books and also supports our non-profit Association Guidelines.
In the binder under the C.V.L.A. accounts the procedure for depositing and tracking is explained in further detail. Please make sure all paperwork is clear and labeled with your team name: e.g. BANTAM A - Winship
There is an example of a deposit slip and tracking form in the procedures portion. You have three options in which to get your deposit slips / tracking forms to Janice Parmar, Treasurer, CVLA.

The association pre-pays for tournaments at the beginning of the season. Your team is expected to pay the fee back to the association with seed money and fundraising. All deposits are to be made to account no. 1304559 and will be tracked /applied to your respective teams upon deposit completion.
There are deposit slips available. You must notify the treasurer of all deposits so the money can be applied to each teams account. The treasurer needs copies of all deposits. All copies must be scanned and emailed as well as mailed in paper print form.
